what an excellent ..................................

In the Name of Allah, The Most Gracious, The Most Merciful
They have not appraised Allah with true appraisal. Indeed, Allah is Powerful and Exalted in Might. Allah chooses from the angels messengers and from the people. Indeed, Allah is Hearing and Seeing. He knows what is [presently] before them and what will be after them. And to Allah will be returned [all] matters. O you who have believed, bow and prostrate and worship your Lord and do good - that you may succeed. And strive hard for Allah with the striving due to Him. He has chosen you and has not placed upon you in the religion any hardship. It is the religion of your father, Ibrahim (Abraham). Allah named you "Muslims"  both before and (in former scriptures] and in this [The Qur’an] that the Messenger may be a witness over you and you may be witnesses over the people. So establish prayer and give zakah and hold fast to Allah. He is your protector; and what a excellent protector, and what a excellent is the helper.- The Holy Qur’an 22:74-78

Narrated Abu Huraira (RA):

The Prophet(SWS) said, "Religion is very easy and whoever overburdens himself in his religion will not be able to continue in that way. So you should not be extremists, but try to be near to perfection and receive the good tidings that you will be rewarded; and gain strength by worshipping in the mornings, the nights."  - Shahi Bukhari Vol. 1 No. 38.

Charity ........................

In the Name of Allah, The Most Gracious, The Most Merciful.
Charity : On last Friday when we were waiting in a Mosque for Jummah Prayer, the Imam (who conduct the Jummah Prayer) of the Mosque asked for donations for purchasing Air-conditions and Tiles for the Mosque. He also declared that those who donate for purchasing the above items, will be benefited in various ways such as “they will get 70 times of their donated amount, will get Jannah along with their parents, their children will also be benefited and many more and it is true if their donations will be accepted by our Lord, they can get various facilities in the earth and on the day of last Judgment. May Allah help us! Aa’meen.

It is seen that within half an hour the Masjid Committee collected a good amount. Someone paid Taka 2 lack, one paid 1 lack and many of the worshippers paid thousand of taka. Maasah-Allah!

It is a good sign for the believers, worshippers. All the Muslims are trying to carry out the orders of our Lord and tried to donate as they can.

But it is sorry to say, that if anybody (a Poor, a Miskin, a Needy Person, a Disabled Person or any honest/honorable person who feels disgrace to beg for anything but he is needy) begs for something or some helps, many of our rich persons reluctant to pay them and/or pay a small amount that may not fulfill their requirement at all!

In our country, we often see some people standing the mosques, markets or on the footpath asking some help humbly. Many of us used to say sorry, advice them to do something (works) in order to earn livelihood instead of begging or pay them a little amount which may not be able to maintain his family at all!

Here I’m not criticising this kinds of charities but I’m just trying to narrate the fact which in fact is showing the true love and kindness of ISLAM (The Holy Qur’an and Hadith) which our Imams  and our Society sad to say ignoring.

Our Lord (Allah (Sob:)) Says :

[Charity is] for the poor who have been restricted for the cause of Allah, unable to move about in the land. An ignorant [person] would think them self-sufficient because of their restraint, but you will know them by their [characteristic] sign. They do not ask people persistently [or at all]. And whatever you spend of good - indeed, Allah is Knowing of it. – The Holy Qur’an 2:273.

Righteousness is not that you turn your faces toward the east or the west, but [true] righteousness is [in] one who believes in Allah , the Last Day, the angels, the Book, and the prophets and gives wealth, in spite of love for it, to s, orphans, the needy, the traveler, those who ask [for help], and for freeing slaves; [and who] establishes prayer and gives zakah; [those who] fulfill their promise when they promise; and [those who] are patient in poverty and hardship and during battle. Those are the ones who have been true, and it is those who are the righteous.-The Holy Qur’an 2:177.

And do not consume one another's wealth unjustly or send it [in bribery] to the rulers in order that [they might aid] you [to] consume a portion of the wealth of the people in sin, while you know [it is unlawful].-The Holy Qur’an 2:188

Kind speech and forgiveness are better than charity followed by injury. And Allah is Free of need and Forbearing.  O you, who have believed, do not invalidate your charities with reminders or injury as does one that spends his wealth [only] to be seen by the people and does not believe in Allah and the Last Day. His example is like that of a [large] smooth stone upon which is dust and is hit by a downpour that leaves it bare. They are unable [to keep] anything of what they have earned. And Allah does not guide the disbelieving people. - The Holy Qur’an 2:263-264.

Allah suggests us to spend from the wealth we have earned in genuine way and which He has produced for us from the earth in order to give us the benefits of these kinds of charity/gift.

Allah says:
And the example of those who spend their wealth seeking means to the approval of Allah and assuring [reward for] themselves is like a garden on high ground which is hit by a downpour - so it yields its fruits in double. And [even] if it is not hit by a downpour or a drizzle [is sufficient]. And Allah, of what you do, is Seeing. The Holy Qur’an 2: 265

O you, who have believed, spend from the good things which you have earned and from that which We have produced for you from the earth. And do not aim toward the defective there from; spending [from that] while you would not take it [yourself] except with closed eyes. And know that Allah is Free of need and Praiseworthy. The Holy Qur’an 2:265-267.

Zakah expenditures are only for the poor and for the needy and for those employed to collect [zakah] and for bringing hearts together [for Islam] and for freeing captives [or slaves] and for those in debt and for the cause of Allah and for the [stranded] traveler - an obligation [imposed] by Allah. And Allah is Knowing and Wise. – The Holy Qur’an 9:60

Allah orders good behave, justice and giving to relative and forbids evil, immorality and oppressions.

Indeed, Allah orders justice and good conduct and giving to s and forbids immorality and bad conduct and oppression. He warns you that perhaps you will be reminded. – The Holy Qur’an 16:90.

So give to the kindred his die and to Al-Miskin (the Poor) and to the wayfarer. That is best for those who seek Allah’s Countenance and it is they who will be successful. – The Holy Qur’an 30:38.

Al-Hadith:
Narrated Abu Huraira (RA):
The Prophet (SWS) said: "Charity is obligatory everyday on every joint of a human being. If one helps a
person in matters concerning his riding animal by helping him to ride it or by lifting his luggage on
to it, all this will be regarded charity. A good word, and every step one takes to offer the compulsory
Congregational prayer, is regarded as charity; and guiding somebody on the road is regarded as
charity." - Shahi Bukhari Vol. 4 No. 141

Narrated Abu Huraira (RA):
The Prophet (SWS) said: "The example of a miser and the one who gives in charity, is like the example of
two men wearing iron cloaks so tightly that their arms are raised forcibly towards their collar-bones.
So, whenever a charitable person wants to give in charity, his cloak spreads over his body so much
so that it wipes out his traces, but whenever the miser wants to give in charity, the rings (of the iron
cloak) come closer to each other and press over his body, and his hands gets connected to his collar-
bones. Abu Huraira heard the Prophet saying. "The miser then tries to widen it but in vain." Shahi Bukhari Vol. 4 No. 166.

Narrated Abu Huraira (RA):
The Prophet (SWS) said: "The poor person is not the one for whom a date or two or a morsel or two (of
food is sufficient but the poor person is he who does not (beg or) ask the people (for something) or
show his poverty at all. Recite if you wish, (Allah's Statement): Shahi Bukhari Vol. 6, No. 63
"They do not beg of people at all." (2.273)
Narrated Abu Huraira (RA):
The worst food is that of a wedding banquet to which only the rich are invited while the poor are
not invited. And he who refuses an invitation (to a banquet) disobeys Allah and His Apostle.
Shahi Bukhari Vol. 7 No. 106

Wherever our wealthy persons can to pay a Lot of Money for the development work or beautifications of Mosque, but many of them reluctant to pay a good amount to our Schools, and Madrasha or a needy person even if he is known to them.
Certainly not all of them are same.

I think all of our wealthy persons should pay their Zakat and charities as orders of our Lord and. They should follow the Holly Qur’an and Hadith because any Fatwa not related to The Holly Qur’an and Hadith may pollutes our Society and the poor peoples will never be benefited.

Our Government, The Islamic Foundation and our, Scholars can play an important Role in these circumstances. May Allah (Sob:) Helps us to be a Perfect Muslim! Aa’meen!

Make this City.........................

Text Box: The Holy Qur’an

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

Have you not considered those who exchanged the favor of Allah for disbelief and settled their people [in] the home of ruin?  [It is] Hell, which they will [enter to] burn, and wretched is the settlement.

And they have attributed to Allah equals to mislead [people] from His way. Say, "Enjoy yourselves, for indeed, your destination is the Fire."  [O Muhammad], tell My servants who have believed to establish prayer and spend from what We have provided them, secretly and publicly, before a Day comes in which there will be no exchange, nor any friendships. It is Allah who created the heavens and the earth and sent down rain from the sky and produced thereby some fruits as provision for you and subjected for you the ships to sail through the sea by His command and subjected for you the rivers. And He subjected for you the sun and the moon, continuous [in orbit], and subjected for you the night and the day. And He gave you from all you asked of Him. And if you should count the favor of Allah, you could not enumerate them. Indeed, mankind is [generally] most unjust and ungrateful. And [mention, O Muhammad], when Abraham said, "My Lord, make this city [Makkah] secure and keep me and my sons away from worshipping idols. My Lord, indeed they have led astray many among the people. So whoever follows me - then he is of me; and whoever disobeys me - indeed, You are [yet] Forgiving and Merciful. Our Lord, I have settled some of my descendants in an uncultivated valley near Your sacred House, our Lord, that they may establish prayer. So make hearts among the people incline toward them and provide for them from the fruits that they might be grateful. Our Lord, indeed You know what we conceal and what we declare, and nothing is hidden from Allah on the earth or in the heaven. Praise to Allah, who has granted to me in old age Ishmael and Isaac. Indeed, my Lord is the Hearer of supplication. My Lord, make me an establisher of prayer, and [many] from my descendants. Our Lord, and accept my supplication. Our Lord, forgive me and my parents and the believers the Day the account is established." And never think that Allah is unaware of what the wrongdoers do. He only delays them for a Day when eyes will stare [in horror]. Racing ahead, their heads rose up, their glance does not come back to them, and their hearts are void. And, [O Muhammad], warn the people of a Day when the punishment will come to them and those who did wrong will say, "Our Lord, delay us for a short term; we will answer Your call and follow the messengers." [But it will be said], "Had you not sworn, before, that for you there would be no cessation? And you lived among the dwellings of those who wronged themselves, and it had become clear to you how We dealt with them. And We presented for you [many] examples." And they had planned their plan, but with Allah is [recorded] their plan, even if their plan had been [sufficient] to do away with the mountains. So never think that Allah will fail in His promise to His messengers. Indeed, Allah is Exalted in Might and Owner of Retribution.  [It will be] on the Day the earth will be replaced by another earth, and the heavens [as well], and all creatures will come out before Allah, the One, the Prevailing. And you will see the criminals that Day bound together in shackles, Their garments of liquid pitch and their faces covered by the Fire. – The Holy Qur’an 14: 28-50.

should be ......................................!

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, The Most Merciful.
Indeed, one of the many practices taught by Islam is that its followers should begin their activities in the name of Allah. If we can earnestly be followed this practice, will necessarily yield three benefits. First, we will be able to restrain oneself from many misdeeds, since the habit of pronouncing the name of Allah is bound to make one wonder when about to commit some offence how such an act can be reconciled with the sayings of Allah’s holy name. Second, if a man pronounces the name of Allah before starting good and legitimate tasks, this act will ensure that both his starting point and his mental orientation are sound. Third - and this is the most important benefit - when a man begins anything by pronouncing Allah's name, he will enjoy Allah's support and succour; Allah will bless his efforts and protect him from the temptation and bad activities of Satan. For whenever the man turns to Allah, Allah turns to him as well.
"We love all the Muslims, not only because we love our Religion (Islam), but because...we have drawn our culture, our society and our intellectuals from the treasures and mines of the Islamic spiritual relationship, the spirit of classical humanity and of true cosmopolitanism. What other people does? ...And, what people have this spiritual unity of religious heroes such as have enlivened our spiritual history through less and harder, through ‘The ‘Shaba’s of our Prophet (SWS :)?  None of us can do a great thing alone. But when we are united, we can do a lot of things, we can change our society, we can change our public policies and we can establish the Holy Qur’an and The Hadith and make it stable with the religious sprite. Undoubtedly, we people need to be united for the betterment of this human race to be precise, human welfare and all the mankind but also letting the other species live with us peacefully. One small act can’t do anything, but when to multiply by millions can transform the world! – Howard. This is a great tip that we should all remind ourselves of. When we are meeting with a new client or customer, try to listen more than we talk. By doing so, we can find out what they need and we can more clearly explain how we can do. A beautiful society does not just happen; it is built daily by prayer, sacrifice, humanism and love. To dream anything that we want to do. That’s the beauty of the religious human mind. To do anything that we want to do. That is the strength of the religious humanity will. To trust ourselves to test our limits and that is the courage to succeed...
May Allah (SOB :) help and encourage us to do that we try to do! Am’een!
What Allah Sobhanahutaa’la Says?
And how could you disbelieve while to you are being recited the verses of Allah and among you is His Messenger? And whoever holds firmly to Allah has [indeed] been guided to a straight path. O you who have believed, fear Allah as He should be feared and do not die except as Muslims [in fully submission to Him]. And hold firmly the rope of Allah all together and do not become divided. And remember the favour of Allah upon you - when you were enemies and He brought your hearts together and you became, by His favour, brothers. And you were on the edge of a pit of the Fire, and He saved you from it. Thus does Allah make clear to you His verses that you may be guided.  And let there be [arising] from you a nation inviting to [all that is] good, enjoining what is right and forbidding what is wrong, and those will be successful. And do not be like the ones who became divided and differed after the clear proofs had come to them. And those will have a great punishment. On the Day [some] faces will turn white and [some] faces will turn black. As for those whose faces turn black, [to them it will be said], Did you disbelieve after your belief? Then taste the punishment for what you used to reject." But as for those whose faces will turn white, [they will be] within the mercy of Allah. They will abide therein eternally. These are the verses of Allah. We recite them to you, [O Muhammad], in truth; and Allah wants no injustice to the worlds. To Allah belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. And to Allah, will [all] matters be returned.  You are the best nation produced [as an example] for mankind. You enjoin what is right and forbid what is wrong and believe in Allah. If only the People of the Scripture had believed, it would have been better for them. Among them are believers, but most of them are defiantly disobedient.  They will not harm you except for [some] annoyance. And if they fight you, they will show you their backs; then they will not be aided. They have been put under humiliation [by Allah] wherever they are overtaken, except for a covenant from Allah and a rope from the Muslims. And they have drawn upon themselves anger from Allah and have been put under destitution. That is because they disbelieved in the verses of Allah and killed the prophets without right. That is because they disobeyed and [habitually] transgressed.- The Holy Qur’an 3: 101-112.

Royal Bengal.....................!

Royal Bengal Tiger - Bangladesh

Tigers in Bangladesh are now relegated to the forests of the Sundarbans and the Chittagong Hill Tracts. The Chittagong forest is contiguous with tiger habitat in India and Myanmar, but the tiger population is of unknown status. As of 2004, population estimates in Bangladesh ranged from 200 to 419, mostly in the Sunderbans. This region is the only mangrove habitat in this bioregion, where tigers survive, swimming between islands in the delta to hunt prey  Bangladesh's Forest Department is raising mangrove plantations supplying forage for spotted deer. Since 2001, afforestation has continued on a small scale in newly accreted lands and islands of the Sundarbans From October 2005 to January 2007, the first camera-trap survey was conducted across six sites in the Bangladesh Sundarbans to estimate tiger population density. The average of these six sites provided an estimate of 3.7 tigers per 100 km2 (39 sq mi). Since the Bangladesh Sundarbans is an area of 5,770 km2 (2,230 sq mi) it was inferred that the total tiger population comprised approximately 200 individuals.  In another study, home ranges of adult female tigers were recorded comprising between 12 and 14 km2 (4.6 and 5.4 sq mi). which would indicate an approximate carrying capacity of 150 adult females. The small home range of adult female tigers (and consequent high density of tigers) in this habitat type relative to other areas may be related to both the high density of prey and the small size of the Sundarbans tigers. Since 2007 tiger monitoring surveys have been carried out every year by WildTeam in the Bangladesh Sundarbans to monitor changes in the Bangladesh tiger population and assess the effectiveness of conservation actions. This survey measures changes in the frequency of tiger track sets along the sides of tidal waterways as an index of relative tiger abundance across the Sundarbans landscape.

The population size for the Bangladesh Sundarbans was estimated as 100–150 adult females or 335–500 tigers overall. Female home ranges, recorded usingGlobal Positioning System collars, were some of the smallest recorded for tigers, indicating that the Bangladesh Sundarbans could have one of the highest densities and largest populations of tigers anywhere in the world. They are isolated from the next tiger population by a distance of up to 300 km (190 mi). Information is lacking on many aspects of Sundarbans tiger ecology, including relative abundance, population status, spatial dynamics, habitat selection, life history characteristics, taxonomy, genetics, and disease. There is also no monitoring program in place to track changes in the tiger population over time, and therefore no way of measuring the response of the population to conservation activities or threats. Most studies have focused on the tiger-human conflict in the area, but two studies in the Sundarbans East Wildlife sanctuary documented habitat-use patterns of tigers, and abundances of tiger prey, and another study investigated tiger parasite load. Some major threats to tigers have been identified. The tigers living in the Sundarbans are threatened by habitat destruction, prey depletion, highly aggressive and rampant intraspecific competition, tiger-human conflict, and direct tiger loss
